Insite Mapping: Ready, set, start-up!

Kerry and Aileen came to Coppice with big ideas for a new business. We adapted the Insite Mapping method to imagine customers for future products, based on their own market intelligence. They had a good feel for who would want their sweets and how to present them.

The discussion also revealed business knowledge they needed and a hesitation to get going. So Coppice showed where they were and the next steps. That knowledge gave them confidence.
